Sure looks like a float system for the Guren.
So instead of keeping the overly formal prim and proper little lady style, Kaguya dons a miniskirt and joins the ranks of Magical Girl Jailbait...?
I think Guren Nishiki in that pic is kind of upgraded ^^ not only the float system, the right arm, and the head design is kinda different. You can check it at the opening scene :D
