Another 00 Gundam featured on Dengeki Hobby the Dynames. personally I think the army green suits it well. although it would probably looked better if it had little patches of camouflage. any skilled gunpla painters out there planning to do the same?

This is so awesomely sweet, man. So deliciously awesomely sweet... I usually refrain from coloring my suits in anything else other than their defaults. First, I don't want to mess up and have to buy another one, and secondly I'm too lazy >_<

Custom colors are sweet. But figuring what colors goes well with what color needs experience. You either stick a picture of the gundam kit and photoshop the color you want or you learn how to use the color wheel to select colors that are complimentary to each other. Get it wrong and your gundam will turn out looking funny.

I don't like the extras the modeller added to it. It makes the Dynames look too "real" to me, almost grunt-like.

Yup thats what the "Back to the Gundam" special in DHM June 08 is trying to show. The 4 Gundams in 00 are modded to show sort of the favoured Gunpla techniques in the 1980s.
