The art is was a downloadable wallpaper available on the old Words Worth site when it was being used to build up hype for the upcoming H-ovas about like, three to four years ago.

Her name is Sharon (no last name given in the series), and she's a knight of the kingdom of light, who is in love with the series protagonist, Astral.

She doesn't have wings in the series, they are just there for service.
