I want to be rescued by a Tachikoma. At least it could cheer me up quite a bit by saying random, funny and optimistic stuff. Then I would suffer less or die in peace. Tachikoma, you're so cool!!
The german dub killed the Tachikomas for me, it's well done but the Tachikoma voices are sooo annoying...

They should make the robot cooler so the victim will not die in vain. Personally, saved by such an odd looking robot is a shame.
I don't mind as long as the have something that allows someone to control the robotic arms. After all, I can't choose the pose I'm in after an accident. Then again the human mind is unpredictable. Maybe the operator has a dolphin-grabbing fetish >_<

It doesn't look like its rescuing, more like harvesting humans for its own consumption. That thing would make a great cherry-picker, as well.
