Akiba Hobby has more pics of this truly gorgeous figure of Ringo. Pics are of the original sculpt. What Yamato are going to do now is to make a copy of it and make pre-production casts. I really hope they dont mess it up like they did with previous figures. Folks who have just joined us can look at the figure production process in my previous visits to Good Smile and Max Factory.
I would so love to have this figure. but alas, its too ecchi for me to have it on display. T_T A Castoffable clothes on top of this would have been nice so that I could display it and play with it. ^^ I hope Yamato reads this!!

After reading your comment and then checking the face again I agree. While the face on the figure looks good it doesn't seem to fit with the manga.

ARGH - the decisions! I saw the pics earlier on today and i almost pre-ordered it! The only thing stopping me is the fact that my room is already bursting with figures, and theyre all my fave ones that i wouldnt sell. I dont know if i have room for one more!
Aw, sod it! I just went and pre-ordered it from HobbySearch. If it sold out while i were deciding, i'd be kicking myself. It worries me a little when you say that these pics are of the prototype... Hope the mass produced PVC one is up to the standard of this.... AND THAT IT DOESNT LEAN! Thats my pet hate with figures! Ah well - time to attempt to make some room for it...

She's turning out great but I don't like the paint job on her body, it's to shiny, it clearly says: "hi I'm plastic nice to meet you", it should be a bit more glossy if you ask me.
Pre-ordered this one too, looks fine too me. And, the outfit is pretty neat too, if it now can be called an outfit. ^^;

I was the same. Last time i hesitated about pre-ordering a figure on there, it sold out! Ringo has been 2nd in the top sellers, so act quick before you regret it!

When I first saw pics of this, my jaw dropped, she looked so stunning and still does! Of course I preordered it right away, without "what if they fail with the production" even crossing my mind. Now I'm a bit worried, but I still believe (or at least hope :P) she will be win instead of fail. :)
