This is idol Hitomi Aizawa. The business man in the video is a a fan of hers. She shows up at his house in a bikini and stickers her bouncy eyes in his face. The rules are that he is not allowed to open his eyes or he gets a pie in his face - see what happens. If your favorite idol showed up in your house in a bikini and does the same to you - would you open your eyes? Bear in mind that you wont get a pie in your face but have your dolphin electrocuted with 62 volts of electricity instead. More of Hitomi in action below.

It's not the wattage to worry about, but the amperage/voltage ratio. 62 watts could mean a really low amperage, or a low voltage. Only takes 500 mA to kill you. And I think I wouldn't mind having the eyes closed if I got to touch. And if she was naked... But I am a dirty old man, so, YMMV.
