No offense sheepchan or anyone else.  I could see this happening elsewhere in the world so I don't know about "Only in Japan".

I do wonder this point.  Does it mean I have spent to much time in Japan -someone has lived there too long- if I say "oh...a girl with pantsu on here head" and not give it a second thought?
