both modes have their own distinct moe factor to em, personally i prefer Normal mode with melon pan.

Her Haze mode is really cool; still want the Max Factory version. But I guess her 'normal' mode is a lot cuter, so yeah, we still need a good figure of that
Well, she's cute this way, but I largely prefer her "normal mode", holding a melon pan and making an "Urusai" face. ^^
Yeah, especially her "urusai" face at the end of episode 21.. Man, that was just, put simply, perfect. ^^

I sooo much missed the melonpan- and "Urusai! Urusai! URUSAI!"-scenes during most of the 2nd season. I like both modes but prefer the "normal" mode as well.
Yeah, she has quieted down so much it has become somehow very sad. It's not that I like the tsuntsun attitude (look at Louise) but it really is a charming part of Shana, as it is in moderation.
However, for me, it is also because her "urusai" moments have become so scarce that I can savor it and feel it in my heart more. Well, I believe this is just like most other things, if you have less you begin to value more, much more in the case of Shana's "urusai" moments. ^^

The outfit is nice, but the face just doesn't do it for me. I can never find a Shana figure where the maker does everything 'right' in my opinion.
I tend to agree. The face just doesn't seem like Shana to me. I also admit I didn't even recognize the character until I read the description.
I too want to find a good one that fits my taste, but haven't seen one that has forfilled my wishes yet (though Max Factory one is really close to it but it's sold out really quickly and it's expensive). I want a Shana that is cold-looking and even possibly threatening, like before she met Yuuji (i.e. the tsuntsun part of a tsundere). Flame-haze hair can look really nice if they can match the quality like in the anime (with flecks of flame dropping around her), otherwise black hair one is good too.
i would prefer normal black hair mode. looks more beutiful then the furious blazing hair mode

The face is a bit awkward and I feel like I'm looking at Wilhelmina more than Shana. Though the tsundere attitude is there, it doesn't work for me.

Nevermind, apparently she's an AmiAmi exclusive version Blue Alice is what it says. Looks like I might have to pay Akibado or SMJ a visit ><. You have! And I like normal mode best... There's one decent figure of her in normal mode, school uniform... she's sitting down holding a melon-pan. I almost bought it... bakabakabaka I so regret not buying it. But I got her with... casual clothing, sitting, with a pillow shaped as a melon-pan.
