Toraburu Lala

Toraburu Lala
[NSFW I guess?]
I swear that this is not the only reason why I'm currently reading To Love Ru (pronounced "Toraburu" in Japanese).
Highly recommended ecchi love comedy. Has furigana next to the kanji for folks who are learning Japanese - nothing better than learning while enjoying a favorite topic (oppai) heh?
Hows your Kanji learning coming along?

See more nosebleed pics at AkibaBlog including one of Rito being sandwiched by oppai. Interesting how this manga is not rated 18 or 15 or 12 or 10...

Cant wait for the anime to start.

And you aren't going to see this kind of stuff in Maximum7 Scanlations, since they said that they aren't doing it. It doesn't lose its sense of comedy because its censored, the volume is more like a fan service, anyway, I have the 2 =P

Because there are too many underage kids buying it even though theres are R18 sign on the cover of the manga. And to avoid complains from parents, they censored it.

It's interesting to see this type of ecchi comedy being serialized in Shonen Jump now, where it used to be series with guts, friendship, battle & other manly stuffs such as Dragon Ball, Slam Dunk, One Piece and what not. I guess even shonen needs some nose bleed to grow up~

I grew tired of shonen series, to tell the truth, and I wonder if there is one that is worth the trouble right now.
This said, I'm still following Bleach only because they are at a good arc.

I think, overall, Dark Horse has the best manga selection and most accurate translations of all the US comic companies that handle manga. Most of Tokyopop and CMX's lineup is garbage (IMO), and they even flub translations.

So are the scanlations on OneManga.com (link below) censored?! What ever happened to keeping manga/anime as uneditted as possible when subbing/translating?! Don't translate it if you're going to be like those companies that already ruin some of the good mangas (Tenjou Tenge anyone?)...

Yeah, I think Maximum 7 censored it, cuz I saw an page that was shown on that Akiba site that showed nipples, but the scanlation not showing any....That, or they were doing scans from the magazine & not the manga book itself. Really hoping it's the 2nd guess.

Nope, I was wrong. Turns out their scanlation is from the magazine. The manga itself added nipples, which explains why. I'm alright w/ that. Perhaps later, they can replace the magazine scans w/ the manga scans.
