If you come over to Japan then you gotta try the Beef Bowl or Gyudon [牛丼]. The real way to eat it however is to mix in a raw egg.

You dont have to worry about eating raw egg in Japan, because apparantley Japanese chickens are vaccinated against Salmonella! Makes you wonder why they dont do that in other countries.... Anyway, raw egg tastes AMAZING with wafer-thin beef!

Tastes sweet.... These is no spicy in Japanese food. Except for Wasabi - and many Japanese people think that is WAY to spicy!
MY FAVORITE DISH IN JAPANESE IS FINALLY POSTED IN DANNY CHOO! RAW EGG IS SIMPLY THE KEY TO A GOOD GYUDON! SEEING IT MAKES ME HUNGRY. HOW I MISSED IT..
