He must have some good skills because he has to redraw almost the entire picture well not the entire picture but mostly the bodies, since they're wearing bikinis and swimsuits it's not that difficult with some drawing skills. Personally I could do a similar thing but it would end up a crap :P
time = quality (depend on skill) I did something like this before while i was learning how to use photoshop. Not really that hard, but patient and concentration play most of the roles!
