ToHeart2 Another Days

For those who don't know, this is the gorgeous Silfa from the ToHeart2 Another Days eroge thats due out this Friday.
So whats so special about Silfa? Shes an android.
And what does David Levy have to say about that in this fox article?
"My forecast is that around 2050, the state of Massachusetts will be the first jurisdiction to legalize marriages with robots," artificial intelligence researcher David Levy at the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands told LiveScience. Levy recently completed his Ph.D. work on the subject of human-robot relationships, covering many of the privileges and practices that generally come with marriage as well as outside of it. At first, sex with robots might be considered geeky, "but once you have a story like 'I had sex with a robot, and it was great!' appear someplace like Cosmo magazine, I'd expect many people to jump on the bandwagon," Levy said.
Given that androids would look like Silfa, would you ba la ba ba ba? ToHeart2 Another Days OP below and I forgot who sent in the robot marriage news (sorry!)

The presumption is that she is equipped with a device to deal with condensed milk - its channeled into a container and she uses it to make your tea.

and to think again.... human f*** a robot, why? is he afraid or dislike woman because they can cheat us or whatever?

i mean if robot can have emotion, won't they can cheat us too? i mean... there is nothing absolute after u learn how to be "human"

since "human" is something that have emotion and know what they doing, if robot have emotion, don't they became "extraordinarily powerful artificial human"? which make them even more dangerous

gah, to much apocalyptic theory here ^^

Its probably because they don't predict much of a market abroad. I don't think conservatives in the US would allow stores to sell something of this nature anyways. So sales would probably be through online or adult stores, which would be much less than the market for regular commercial games.

First Multi and now Silfa, I guess female robots in To Heart is an icon to the series that cannot be taken out of. Not that I have much complain about it~

Will people be able to marry robots in the future for real? Blade Runner anyone >_

Presently the thought of sex with an android seems a little creepy, but as technology advances and the line between emotional emulation technologies and real emotions become blurred I think I will begin to think differently.

To put it a different way; I don't feel it would be as rewarding if the one you are doing it with has no free will (or appearance of free will) to decline. That's a large part of what makes us want sex so much; the fact that it's so difficult to get. If anyone could have a Ferrari they wouldn't be very cool anymore because you'd see them everywhere, which would cheapen the novelty.

Technology, however; has nowhere to go but up, and I expect that over the next 2 to 3 decades we will see some amazing things--Artificial Intelligence Sexbots might just be one of them. Personally though; I'm more interested in Quantum Field electronics and Neural Mapping. It'll be pretty awesome when we can control life-like video games with psychic energy! :O

So maybe they program it so that you have to "play eroge" IRL and if you choose the wrong path she will reject you. Then there will be walkthroughs to tell you how to get the good ending.

I always wanted a sexbot. The maintenance cost has to be lower then real girls, and you can always pull the plug if they talk too much.

I think Ghost in the shell does the cyber sexbot the best, IMO.
