Moeyo spots Rin and Yuki fighting it out.
Out of the two product lines, which do you prefer?
I don't have either yet but from the photos I've seen, the joints on Fraulein look better but the paint work on the Figma's look better.

Difficult choice. But I guess I would pick the Fate Stay Night figure. Although I would say the girl from Haruhi Suzumiya would win the fight. I don't know their names, >_> .

Agree with you, Danny. But I'm a lil' bit leaning to Fraulein side, coz the joint is more well-hidden(which is important for human-based action figure) than Figma. Furthermore, due to the use of standard joints, you can interchange Rin parts with other Revoltech figure. However, Figma did include more accessories than Revoltech

We need to see more of them to decide, but so far fraulein revoltech look more attractive. Figma look a bit skinny proportion wise, fraulein have a better sculpt.

that's a tough choice and both have their pros and cons ^^

Fraulein has won in the sculpt category and they've done a great job of hiding the articulation joints but Figma paint job is very well done not to mention that the craftsmanship is very nice as expected from GoodSmile ^^

If it's Yuki, I don't care if I can see the joints! Total biasness
Just a thought, maybe Fraulein and Figma can combine their efforts? Maybe it would look better?

hehe!
Since Rin is not my choice....for sure I will go for Nagato...
And since i get the PS2 Suzumiya Figuma...I have to buy Nagato to make them a set...(T0T) but my money......

I'd rather have Yuki... mainly because of the ads.
Also, I still didn't watch much of Fate/Stay Night.

Seem's like we're all pretty united in our opinions. Haven't really owned a figma figure so I can't be completely judgemental, but the Revoltech figures do seem to have nicer joints (especially the Fraulein line). The upcoming figma figures do excite me, however!

I preordered both figures, as they're both relevant to animes that I've watched. If only Revoltech and Figma would merge together, we'll get the best of both worlds. Gattai da, Revoltech-Figma!

Have the Fraulein Rin. And feeling a bit disappointed. For one thing, even with the Revolver joints, her poseability's surprisingly limited for dynamic posing (even otherwise) mostly because the way her sweater is made restricts a lot of body movement and her hair at the back gets in the way a lot of times when you're posing her arms. And those same limbs surprisingly are very loose fitting in the shoulders and pop out a lot of times when you're moving them. Considering the arms have the same general design as Revoltech Revy's (whose arms don't pop out), they could have done better. And the stand they gave her is not as flexible as I'd hoped either, since she kinda floats a few centimeters off her feet when attached to it.

Still I have high hopes for this line. I can accept the face they gave her, and I really at looking forward to any other figures released. But as fan of the whole Revoltech series, I found her figure wanting. Hopefully, you guys don't have the same problems as me with your Fraulein figures, or that Rin is the only one to suffer from slightly bad design.

Yuki winds in my opinion.
However this wrist joint is a bit turning me off.

I have the same problem with Rin also. Rei seems to be made way better. I have the Figma Haruhi and shes pretty well made, some parts of her are rubbery, like her inner skirt and shoulder pad things. I'm assuming Yuki's skirt is rubbery too by the way her legs bend up and the way she sits.

I defintely prefer Fraulein, as it looks much more natural. Better painting is nice and all, but it just looks goofy if the joints are so clearly visible as the one in Yuki's hand there.

My god.... a time when Danny-san didnt have a Figma... I forget that there was a time when that was true lol....
I think the hand joints on Frauline are better, but the frauline legs are prone to falling off at the knee, which really bugs me, u have to very carefully glue the little grey bit that turns back into the hole. The Paintwork on Pocco is awesome, but I havent got my Haruhi yet, so I cant tell. I will probly take pics of Haruhi vs Pocco for fun lol. Or hugging, or doing...stuff lol.
