While certainly the FLEXIBILITY of that scorpion kick is amazing, I am in doubt as to it being capable of any serious POWER behind that kick. Your body would stop lifting the leg with muscle power long before you reached the top. But, yeah, wow that was flexible. Haha.

That guy was wearing a kyokushin gi and you could also tell because of his stance. Her kick had no power on it...just standing still lifting your leg wont generate enough power to do anything. Gotta put your hips into it.
