Tony Taka C75 Doujinshi scanlations up at Sankaku and they also have some from Nise Midi. Also a whole load more at Fakku but still no sign of Choco Chip - very big cookies and virtual back pats for those who can seek and share.

Saw these on Sankaku just a little while ago. The artwork was nicely done. I'm not sure how much they resembled the Clannad characters because I never followed the Clannad series (yeah, I'm sure I lost a bit of Otaku cred with that statement :/ ).

I was very disappointed with this doujinshi. I love Tony works but this one was just boring, the color illustrations were very simple compared with his older works and the history was just plain simple.
