Today my photobucket account got deleted...i dont really know why, but i guess it got to do with copy right issues. so i guess i wont be using photobucket now. Anyone have any idea what site i should use for my photo storage? I use them as direct link on my web pages. i am thinking about using Flickr but i wonder if the anime image i put up there is gonna be safe... (dont want to spend all day re uploading again...so tire....

flickr is awesome if you are a photographer because all of the pictures that you would upload will get auto fixed.

There's majhost.com, I usually use it for gifs only because it doesn't resize it or anything once uploaded. However, it feels clunky compared to photobucket as well as not able to privatize your account.

I sure Flickr would probably work fine for you. I see many copyrighted images on several account. Of course without a pro account you will be limited to 100MB upload each month. http://www.flickr.com/help/limits/#65 Flickr works well with blogs. Many people or sites I visit use Flickr for photo/image hosting and load time appears good. I'm sure you know Danny uses Flickr for DC.com. Both HappySoda http://www.happysoda.com/ and Kirai http://www.kirainet.com/english/ are two goo examples of Flickr hosting that come to mind right now.

I use tinypic for random stuff and gifs. Photobucket for random non gifs and flickr for all photographs I have taken.

flickr is fine, but i just realised it only allows three photo sets for standard membership. anything beyond that, ya have to pay up. :(

I actually used imageshack for a while. Now, I don't find myself hosting images as much. When I do host images, it is usually my own work on deviant art.

i am a photog and i am using Flickr.... i am also the pro account owner, its a good hosting site for your photos, there is only one thing i dun like, its the white background of the pages, photo will look better with the dark background....
