Just spotted this on Yamashita Shunya's site. This kit of Roxanne has just gone up for order on the Reflex site. Costs 13,000 yen. Just like the other Reflex kits, I'm sure she will come out as a PVC sooner or later. More pics at Shunya's site here and at Reflects site here.

I just got the Shunya's Rei Ayanami from Yamato yesterday, and I'm now a hugeeee fan of Reflect. Hopefully when Roxanne comes out she won't be under Yamato (paintwork...-_-)
