@ paragdigmshift wouldn't that damage the figure T-T
@ yuki i did try to do it and almost broke my leg -_-" probably as i am a guy.. guys are less flexible than girls
@ soulfrnge hmmm that is probably true maybe they are trying to remind us that them can bend more than is O_O
@rishidan yes it does look as if it is bowed and going to break o.O there are sooo many weird positions in this figure that it looks freaky... i know what you mean she was supposed to be very cute and great but the feet has spoilt is >_<
@Onii-chan & Kirakun ok if you buy it be sure to tell me how it worked i am sure allot of us are inquisitive about the quality of it in real life. Be sure to tell us please ^^

overall i guess that the from the replies that i have received finalizes my opinion the leg is in an unnatural position and that turned some people off but if you don't look at the leg it is pretty cute and i am sure most of you agree ^^

The pose is possible if you're moving, to keep that leg and the body in that position in a static way is immpossible.

Well, it has been noted that the Japanese are much more contorted than us gaijins. Like how they are able to bend more at the knees and such. Maybe this is just another example ?

You're totally right, the angle is SOOOOO odd that seems like she's going to pop her hip out of the joint.

Maybe it's just me but her left leg looks like it's bowed so much that it's about to pop out of joint, too.

Everything from the waist up is very nice but, to me at least, it's a total and complete failure from the waist to feet. This totally sucks too because I really wanted to like this one.

I like Mikuru the most out of the SOS dan. This figure is no doubt very cute, but it still doesn't make the cut. As some other members have already mentioned, the figure's leg is twisted and it is a potential leaner. Also, is it just me or not, Mikuru's mouth seems to be too large. Unless you are a really big die hard fan and must have to collect all three of them, I would pass this one.

i agree with the statements about looking more like her than gothpunk Mikuru (I think that's the one people are talking about). Extreme leg, but still extremely cute lol. Love her boots and leggings

I'll give the manufacturer credit for keeping the figure as close to the illustration it's based from as possible. Both Mikuru and Haruhi from this set were almost dead on from the illustration(s), but Yuki is altered quite a bit.

I absolutely love both the colour and the style of her dress (very flower-like and adorable) as well as the tambourine, but Mikuru's expression seems very strange. As Judau Ashta pointed out, her mouth is too big and makes her face lose its appeal. This is one of my major complaints for quite a few of the Haruhi figures out there too. Along with the simplicity of Mikuru's hair, this figure just doesn't cut it. That's a judgement made even prior to the rest of you pointing out the awkwardness of her leg position! *Facepalm* I hadn't even noticed that before reading everyone's comments!

My credit card is screaming at me anyhow from all the figure purchases I've made in the past month (Merry Christmas to me!), but if I were to put my money towards a Mikuru figure, I'd go with the goth loli one (or opt for the Haruhi from this set instead).

Sadly, I've yet to see a Yuki figure fantastic enough to knock my socks off. *Sigh*

=^_^=

I rally like this one. I see the poll shows people feel differently. I don't care for the character at all in the story, but i love this figure. I wouldn't mind getting all 3.

Why ther's not a Max Factory's Mikuru with school uniform? My Haruhi is very lonely...

Mh ... strange. I don't know if i like this figure or not. But there will be something missing, if i have only Haruhi and Yuki, so i will get definitly this Mikuru.

Made a news post on Sankaku about this figure, if any are interested. I included some images of the original source illustrations, also.

From the waist up she's really cute, but there's just something about that leg....

Very nice, though the bending of the back leg looks a bit painful - you'd have to be very supple to do that in real life!

The gothic lolita one looks better. I would only get this if I was collecting the whole set.

There's something weird about this figure, it doesn't looks like Mikuru.
I'm not a big fan of her but I prefer to buy the Haruhi extravaganza first, but I don't have any money left so right now that's irrelevant ^^.
Greetings.

I would consider this if I hadn't already bought 2 beautiful Mikuru figurines. Also in this particular line of figurines Yuki is overwhelmingly awesome in my opinion, I have my sights set on only her stage rendition for now.

Isn't this the same one that got criticised for the wierd leg pose? If only the leg was fixed I might consider getting it... but then again, Gothic Loli seems to suit Mikuru more.

Very cute figure, I agree that the leg is kind of unusually twisted. If anyone can replicate the pose then it would probably put the issue to rest.

I can barely manage the pose, but it's quite dynamic so you would only hold it for a split second. I think it would've been better if her foot wasn't facing inwards so much at the very least.

Otherwise, I love the dress, boots and stockings, so cute~

Still bothered by that left leg. And the original Max Factory version of Mikuru is so perfect in my eyes that I'm finding hard to appreciate this new one, even her face...

By looking at her left foot, she seems just about to trip, which would makes sense since it's Mikuru :3 . Otherwise, I don't see how she could end in that odd position.

Gorgeously cute, leg doesn't bother me as it seems feasible during motion, and this figure captures one heck of a lot of motion and moesome.
