This figure has been out for a while now but just spotted a review at HMX. Its Honami [藤枝保奈美] from eroge Operation Sanctuary which also came out as an anime.

just a question, do schools in japan issue school girls with swimsuits with their name at the front? what about the boys? where do they put their names? ('~')
Hmm.. on an unrelated note, I just realized that putting names on top of the eyes means others must stare at the eyes if they want to see the name and class >_<
yet another example... well, in my school nametags are placed at chest level too; but i'd most certainly never seen any of my classmates in swimgear.
My school stopped using name tags a few years ago... LOL, I think I know why...
Maybe we could use the name tags as an excuse to stare? ^^; Too bad I'm in a private school and am almost nowhere near any pools/beaches.. and besides, Malaysian swimmers are usually highly covered up ^^; The ones you see wearing bikinis and the like are usually the foreign tourists.

I got a Honami Fujieda 1/6 scale by Clayz that's almost similiar to this. But i think the Clayz version is much much cuter.

Cute, but after I realised I recognised the name I looked around and remembered this figure - http://tokyotoys.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=2521 - Which I think is much cuter. I think it's the eyes mostly.(the real eyes not the lower down ones) The one in the link if definately on my want list. And at that price I wish I'd hurry up and order her....

I prefer this version, even though I'm not a big fan of school swimsuits :O I really need to decide about my first figure but there are so many good looking ones :x
