Only with the minor inconvenience of having your eye shocked several times a minute, and rapid eyesight loss:

World games FTW???
Will be really nice when you can use something like that without damaging your eyes, and working with a computer...

Looking forward for AUG games (Augmented Reality), World games (think treasure hunting games with GPS) and stuff like that.

Can also be used for monitoring health stuff, sports and well... all sorts of things.

OMG that'd be cool like Denno Coil, but more advanced step in making it a contact lens.

We need eyes that can do live recording, to replay those "moments" where the wind was strong and "things" went flying.

I would get rid of those (boring) glasses before that... Or maybe not, since I have to wear them since the tender age of 2 or 3. Thanks genetics, thanks dad.
And life is crazy enough as it is already, I don't think I need to have LSD effects in lenses.
So no, really, but thank you still for the proposition.

Um...I think I'm missing something here...What is the point of the lines on it?! Won't it just be blocking your vision?! It'd be cool for Halloween, or for animethons, but even then, no one will see it unless you have a light blue color of eye...unless you decide to wear two contact lenses per one eye...ouch. I wish they had like a "system analysis" built in to a contact lens. Kind of like "This person is made out of 50% fat..." Or.."This person is xx days away from a natural death"...or something like that. OH!! Came up with an idea! I bet that if those contact lenses came out, they would cost more! But fear no more! You can have your own pair, out of your old one! All you have to do is take the contact lenses and a permanent marker! You can have a customized contact lens! and you can have the lines in different colors as well!!! Yeeeey!!! *Blindness probably guaranteed*

Umm... Those "lines" are the integrated circuit that makes the "trip" happen. Not sure that it is designed to be seen by others.
It would be more the resulting dances and other unconscious moves that would be good for Halloween? XD
And for the info, looks more like gossiping material than anything else (stuff I definitely wouldn't be tempted to buy).
Of course, if you were sarcastic all during this comment, I have nothing else but to say that it was rather amusing.

Better not then, unless they develop some selective vision... Quite improbable.

I like to HID on my glasses interfaced with a small devices with bluetooth.I would not like to have anything artificial unless it is a complete replacement of my eyes. It would be useful like driving, surfing the net, IR viewing and seeing in different wavelengths of light. GITS came to mind instantly.

Nice. Watch anime while working, driving, walking, etc. and get into trouble. The list of potential hazard goes on and on.
Anyway, if one wears it, will he look like this? ==> (@ _ @)

Well, It's a HUD. I'm sure red tracking recticules and flashing red icons will be put into play when one's crossing the road while playing the latest DL-able eroge, to set an example for the first of many hazards.

That aside, this is pretty cool. Imagine having a waypoint floating in your vision while in Akibara, saying : Next anime figurine shop, 15 metres away.

I want one, but for the HUD. How will it tell my HP? What stats will it provide? Will it give a map? Most importantly, does it come with a cool suit and some firearms? ^.^
