Beating Setsuna unlocks him in the character selection. Running through story mode again will pit you against Stellar in Destroy. She plays pretty much like Stellar, except her Super attack increases her to Destroy-size and she shoots beams at you. I played a version before this and Destroy Stellar was not available yet. Fun little time waster ^^
