Folks who program would find this a bit more interesting and recognize the Oreilly Hacks series ^^; The only Hacks book I have is Ajax Hacks though - recommended.
Didn't look inside the book but would be interested to know how to hack into a maid.
Taken at the C73 yesterday.

@Rouche
A 'hack' in computer world can mean to break in to a computer system that you did not have access to. "Billy hacked the root account."

Now a hack can also mean to a quick or simple way to solve a programing problem.

Hack could also mean to cut, notch, slice, chop, or sever (something) with or as with heavy, irregular blows (often fol. by up or down):
" Kotonoha hacked Sekai after finding Makoto's dead body in his house."
LOL

ORA' ILLY JAPAN. Looks like ORLY JAPAN. lolz Friendly hack. Anyhow, I think that Maids have a function in their brain that when you sweet talk them, they do more of what you want. So Maid Hacking would be...getting action with less effort?

Gladwort the Knowledgeable says that in this context, "hack" may mean simply to customize without concern for the warrantee.

Hello. I am author of "MAID HACKS".

I am very glad to see this page and the fact you are interested in this "Dou-jin-shi".

I like classical maid very much , so I have studied victorian maid and published "Dou-jin-shi" for eight years to introduce the classical maid's charm.

The reason why I wrote this book is to "hack"(re-write or change) the images of "Maid" in Japan. I collected the real (one hundred) episodes of maids who had worked in the Britain from victorian age to WW2.

"Maid" looks like us , I think. Maid had worked under their masters and with their colleague. We work under our managers and with our colleague.

Information of "MAID HACKS"
http://spqr.sakura.ne.jp/book/maid+hacks.html

Sorry , this book is selled only in Japan and written by Japanese.

Thank you.
