the pizzahut here is so so...well at least it doesnt suck... occasionally dining at their restaurant with friends is good
I personally am not a fan of pizza hut, but some of my friends don't mind it here. I prefer Papa John's which are only takeout/delivery outlets in my immediate area. I read however, that Papa John's in China are a big deal and have seated dining. Very different pizza style like over there much like this pizza hut menu with seafood stuff.
Yo Danny, Are there Papa John's in Japan?

I feel I have to apologise for the lousy service you got in Penang... but yes.. service here is lousy! There's just no concept of 'customer is always right'
If they still have Pepperoni Pizzas in Japan, I'll still eat the Pizza Hut. XD
so the menu has the english names for the pizza, if you phoned up and ordered in english would they understand?
Man, I'd love to try some of that pizza. 僕にはめちゃうまそうです!
How come C.C & cheese-kun arent on the menu ;)
yes, id have to agree with u, pizza hut in penang is really crap, but then pizza hut in australia is really crap as well...
Pizza Hut pwns all!! but in terms of Size ... Yellow cab still rules!
The only problem with Pizza Hut here in Brazil is that they are SO DAMN EXPENSIVE. The basis is: Regular pizza + 50 to 100% = Pizza Hut. And the thing is: it's not hard to find regular pizza as good or even better than Pizza Hut around here. But yeah, they have a pretty unique taste. Once a month I order some medium or small peperoni + super supreme.
Danny, whats with the 25-30 dollars for a pizza? I can get two larges for $19 dollars. Wow.. I didnt think pizza would be so expensive in Japan. I guess it more than balances out with the rest of the food being inexpensive and tasty.
Fat Bastard is right, Papa Johns is much better. Pizza Hut here is really oily. Thin crust is my favorite. BBQ chicken baby!
The side dishes come in much more variety than our. I laughed when I saw "sausage with bone," what's up with the bone lol? One aspect of Japanese food culture (sometimes Asian in general) is the fascination with corn (reference to the corn salad). I like corn myself but not with some of the foods that Japan serves with it, like pizza for example; I assume the corn adds a bit of freshness to every bite.
LOL you got that bad of a service in Malaysia? I'm sorry to hear that. I guess the quality of the service differs from place to place. In the case of Pizza Hut in my area, it's pretty close by (about 15 minutes of walking). The pizzas are alright and delivery is fast (due to proximity). A large pizza here cost RM22 (USD6.51). Recently, I seem to have quit Pizza Hut due to the emergence of Italian restaurants that serves authentic pizzas.
well actually only the pizza hut in penang sucks, i dont know why but the franchise in penang tends to get diluted with lackadasical service and lausy quality control
Pizza Hut is the best, and the most favorited in America. I shed a salty tear when read you can't eat outside for Pizza Hut. That stuffed mayo pizza looks... rather terrible.
Haha wat a coincidence, I talked about the yummy looking Winter Double King pizza yesterday night too.
Hardly any Pizza Hut's around my place. I'm sick of pizza, cause I worked in one.
pizzas are great-tasting once you've replicated japanese recipes by smothering some kewpie japanese mayo on top. you should try it too, it is highly commendable. just don't forget to add the ketchup for it not to taste too strange. but it is good on it's own though.
I said a few days ago that fast food was bad- well Pizza Hut can get away with it ^^. My roomate thinks it tastes like lard but I love Pizza Hut pizza. I am a fan of the classic cheese/pepperoni. I like their stuffed crust pizza ocasionally and I love their P'zones (calzone). Great pizza.
Is JRO still alive!? i though gravity was at its wit end about Ragnarok's survivability. The singapore and msia server had just less than
I LOVE Pizza Hut! I used to go every lunch time when I was at college! Not sure about this particular one though, I am a fan of Pineapple and sweetcorn! mmmmm
i love pizza but seldom eat them. in fact i seldom eat fast food at all. not only are they unhealthy, they are expensive too. ('~')
I don't really go to Pizza Huts. But I've heard from more than one of my friends that Pizza Huts in China are really fancy, you sit down and everything. my friend even took pictures of an ice swan in a Pizza Hut! They also say that it's really good food because it's practically the only Italian food there.

Personally, i thought pizza was american food, italian style. like tacos o_O
Pizza Hut is crap. There's nothing good there. In fact, I really don't know any pizza chains that are any good. I'd almost eat frozen pizza over Pizza Hut.

Would never eat Pizza Hut in Malaysia considering that they don't have pork products in them. How is one suppose to enjoy a meat-lovers without those sausages/pepporoni?
Ugh please stop with the mayo! One thing I noticed in my trip to China is that the "Pizzas" Asian countries serve are very....unique, in that it caters to the taste of the people of that nation. I mean I'd try some but I'll stick to the good old fashion Pepperoni and cheese, unless something outrageous came out like a say Chicken Curry Pizza. It might taste nasty but gotta try everything curry :D. On another note, the deserts look delicious, I didn't even know Pizza Hut offered desserts! Green Tea Tiramisu and Chocolate Mousse please.
Wow so many choices of pizza. I'm really done with the regular ol toppings. -_-"
need that prawn and mayo crust.... dun like cheese, they broke the taste sometimes
@Hangmen 13: i loled at that. service in Malaysia is always terrible by my standards.
woaaaa i wouldn't know what to order with so many toppings and desserts, etc
Just had some last night with the cheese filling in the crust. I had to pick it all out cause I hate the cheese in the crust. I wasn't the one who ordered it in case you were wondering. Also, why are the pizzas so dang expensive there?
WOW, so amaze that the offer so many choice in Japan. My local Pizza Hut offer, well pizza, and may be some chicken wing and that about it. For some reason pizza in US taste the same everywhere (well some place even taste like crap too). Never bump in to any good pizza, only OK pizza
Crust filled with prawns and mayonnaise.. that sounds awesome, somewhat exotic. Totally random but I have to link the advert of Damon Hill and Murray Walker that was broadcasted years ago when the 'crust' made me go wow (I was 9 yrs old at the time) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j4Q_9VYU9FE With the tear off crusts nowadays it's much more filling and fun, though I rather eat at Pizza Express here. A lot more expensive, better pizzas, meals and deserts. Worth every penny imo ^^;
Mmm! Food in japan always seem to look so good! heehee I haven't tried pizza hut here, but the husband said it's really greasy :o For Pizza, Panago is goot ^^
I used to eat Pizza Hut all the time until Lil Ceasars opened up again in my town after closing for the longest time. Their pizza to me was far superior and the fact 2 larges cost $10 USD.
Wow Danny, those are some interesting toppings on those pizzas. It would be interesting to try a few of them. Pizza Hut is where I usually get pizza because it's cheaper and tastes pretty good considering what you pay. To be honest, there really aren't a lot of "eat-in" pizza joints where I live nowadays. A lot of them are just pick-up and delivery places. Roundtable Pizza is probably the best tasting as far as chain pizzarias go, but they charge you and arm and a leg. Sometimes the best pizza is found in those little "mom and pop" joints that are hidden away in plazas and stuff. LOL if you're really stuck on cash and still want to eat some pizza, Lil Caesar's Pizza has this $5 "Hot N Ready" Large pizza deal. It may not be the best tasting pizza ever, but c'mon it's only $5 and it's a decent sized pepperoni or cheese pizza. That's win in my book, being on a budget and all.
@skankywonders "Pizza Hut is the best, and the most favorited in America." Pizza Hut is the worst pizza period. This is coming from a guy living in Chicago, where the best pizza in the States is made(New York is arguable). If your going to eat chain restaurant pizza, then Lou Malnati's or Gino's is acceptable, otherwise the mom and pop pizza places are the best.
We don't have a lot of Pizza Huts here. Besides that, they are always (as far as I've seen) on big train stations, so they don't offer all kinds of side dishes, desserts and pasta menus...just pizza slizes and drinks. =_=
Haha, whoa. Pizza Hut's flavors in Japan are still totally insane. Too bad this place just has regular stuff. Anyway, Yellow Cab is better.
that pizza with the prawn and mayo looks like it'd taste pretty good. theres a pizza hut literally 6 houses down from my house. a couple times i ordered delivery and the dude walked it over. japan definitely has more options available than usa. i have to agree that family owned pizza places taste awesome most of the time.
w0w... looking at these menu's makes me hungry....
"Because you're not a local..." Man, you should have shot him there and then. What a racist! No Pizza Huts in Tokyo? Well... when Britannia invades, maybe they'll bring it with them.
you have no idea how hungry i am right now. pizza hut is alright, but i prefer ginos
Is strange see the diferences between your menus and ours, yours looks with much more variety. In Spain we have a type of restaurant called Telepizza, that serves REAL tasty stuff, better that any, I tell you!!
that's some poor service in Malaysia =.= well, Pizza Hut can be found in most places, mostly in the shopping centres. The menu here is totally different from Japan... oooh the dessert~ XD
lol now this reminds me of code geass and darker than black. did PH put u up as well? anyways pizza here aint tt bad
I'm honestly surprised that so many people think Pizza Hut is good. It doesn't even remotely compare to a real Italian pizza, and it's very expensive. I've been to Italy & France alot, and the pizza's there are so much better, there's just no words for it. Luckily I have a Turkish restaurant closeby which makes very decent pizza's. I never again will go to Pizza Hut, unless there are no other options.
Dragun, Yep - thats the going price. Gorm, Im guessing that they will take orders in English. FatB, never heard of em.

wow ? uve been to malaysia before ? i got to agree, the pizza hut here, some of them its not up to the standard, especially their service !!
What is this Mochi: Mental & potato pizza? _MENTAL_ What kind of ingredient is that? :DD
Talking about Pizza Hut reminds me of Code Geass! Malaysia Pizza Hut used to have lousy service, but they improve this few year! The service is totally different compare to the past!
Pizza Hut sell the best pizzas here IMO... The comercial made me really hungy...
Mmm Pizza, haven't had that in awhile. Been eating too much Shanghainese food lately =P But in Canada I prefer Pizza Pizza, great price, good quality =D Most people take out though at Pizza Pizza instead of sit down and eat like Pizza Hut.
Ahh, barely any Pizza Huts here unfortunately, I miss them from the time I lived in England, the most common Pizza places here aren't very good in comparison.
Hum... Is that ragnarok team up a recent thing? I used to play it but its now almost dead, not even the online rpg bankers wants to buy ingame zenys no more.

hmmm pizza... droolll... danny, watch out for those pizza, or you won't fit in your storm trooper uniform
Man, I havent ate pizza in like almost a year... I had already forgotten the taste of pizza... -.- *picks up phone and dials Pizza Hut
Hmm, typically Japanese flavors. I don't know how, but they come up with flavors that sound like they were picked by a blindfolded chef putting his finger down on some random page in a open cookbook, yet somehow turn out to be pretty good when you let your tastebuds finally take one for the team. Astounding and amusing.
That isn't to say we Pinoys don't do the same thing. I mean, salted egg pizza, roast suckling pig pizza, "sisig " (Look it up. Kinda like haggis, and just as appealing to most of you) pizza... Hmm... how about a "Meal of the Week" thing for the site, Danny? I'm sure most of us would be curious as to what else the Japanese eat, apart from the usual sushi and ramen imagery we usually associate with their meals.
Your Pizza Hut menu's looked delicious. Your menu differ from my country. My country menu has Supreme series pizza, New Orleans Wings, Pasta, Garlic Bread etc. It used to have Tom yam Kung pizza which I never eat. (I like chicken supreme the most.) Currently they have the exclusive menu called cheese bite fondue. The crust which is filled with the cheese filled sausage, eat with the melt cheese paste. In my opinion Thailand Pizza Hut is good but it's too expensive. I prefer to Pizza Company which is the first Pizza Hut licensee in Thailand. (Currently the KFC hold Pizza Hut license in Thailand.) It almost has the same menu as Pizza Hut but cheaper.

side dishes and deserts? huh... I wish... so many, err, interesting choices you've got there... Californians still prefer the old-school cheese and pep...
