More figures from the Shining Wind series. This time its Clalaclan. Not sure who she is or what she does but one does not really care when figures look as nice as this.

This 1/8 scale figure will be released this October by Kotobukiya and retail for 6,090 yen.
Just like Kureha and Ryuna, this rendition of Tony's artwork has turned out looking very close to the original illustrations.

I'm pretty bummed that I didnt pre-order Ryuna and now shes sold out everywhere in Japan ToT.
Images from 1999.

Pretty much just a princess that doesn't do much in the story. I don't really like her. I just want that shield. Like the anime, she's rather short.

It seems that Tony Taka designs translate well into nice figures ^^ I could not pronounce here name seeing the post title? "Cla-la-clan" thats her name is it danny? Never had play any of the Shining Force but maybe now I may look into it

Nice figure, but I wish she faced forward with the shield. The way she tilts her head isn't attractive to me.

I might get this one, if I decide to buy Kotobukiya's Blanc Neige... I'm definitely getting Kureha, but since I know almost nothing of the Shinning series they're not a must have for me. I'm still going to preorder it just in case ^^;

Weird name, cute figure.

On a rather humorous note, I find kinda odd for a Princess to show her navel, but it's me, eh.

Maybe it's just me but I don't find this figure good enough to be on my to buy list. I prefer getting Kureha than the other two figures. ^^ She's just sooo darn cute. XD

Nope - not good enough - these female figures give a "please buy me so that my producer can make money" type of feeling. Everything is fan-service, and the character itself is just an empty shell.

Have you ever seen Revoltech products, like the Evangelion models, by any chance? They can move, and look pretty darn neat.

The figure is nice, but having no knowledge of the character I'd have to make it a pass. I really like the link to the original artists page tho, his stuff is very nice, I wish I could read japanese so i could find more of his images, maybe some wallpapers. Good info as always Danny. Thanks!

That looks like one heck of a figure. I will have to pre-order that. Looks so nice. And also Shining Wind looks like a fantastic game too.

She looks beautiful. But not on my buy list. Out of all the Shining Wind figures, it HAS to be Kureha =)

hmmmm, This actually looks much more appealing than the illustrations to me for some reason...

However, still not on my list to buy, Kureha takes my Shining Wind figure slot~ XD

I already got Kotobukiya's Blanc Neige and Max Factory's Kureha preordered. Dunno if I'd like to shelf out cash for this.

Besides I might be getting the eye doll Mao and Elwing figures beforehand. So funds are tight.

First post btw.

This figure is getting difficult to find now. She is the last one I need in order to be all set to get all the Kotobukiya Shining ladies. I really like that she has a shield and such an angelic look. The boobs are a bit much for a girl figure collector (like me) to own but I don't care! She is the last one I need!
