well those are the exact characteristics common to all policemen! maybe that is the reason why less and less people were really into them when trouble comes...

sounds like Japanese police dont really have that much work to do, which I think is a good thing!! Over here handing in of something would never happen and if you went to a police station in trooper gear, you'd probably end up spending time behind bars with serious criminals who would probably do BAD BAD things to you......
I've been lucky once to find a bag full of money, while I was out testing my ARC Trooper Armor. I would have kept it but I had a sudden attack of conscience and it told me to find the person who owned it. It took me three hours to find that person. And all the people aroud were very surprised to see an ARC Trooper stomping around the street. Especially the owner of the bag.
keep it danny the next time ....or go back and get afew more picturs

Sort of relevant to the Wendy's japan post. I was eating at mcdonalds for lunch and as i watched some lady walk out she dropped a 50/and two 20$ bills, so i went out picked them up and she had already driven away so i kept them ;D.
