The first one looks very sexeh~!
Mmm, sexy Yoko! Hopefully we'll see these in PVC soon. :
1st one with the action pose is cool, 2nd one standing: meh.
Wow, that looks great! Id DEFINATELY buy the action pose one (mid-eye-bounce ftw) but im not that keen on the standing one. The pose looks a bit boring and the likeness isnt as good. I need to buy more figures in dynamic action poses...
I would buy both if they were turned into PVC. Kotobukiya stuff sells for such reasonable prices over here, I would love to get a pair of Yokos! ^^ And man those figures look awesome.
Second one looks nice, but it was kinda overshadowed by the first one. Anyways, not on my list because I didn't watch Gurren Lagann yet... but I shure will soon enough.
man! that is some smashing figures, i would definitely buy both...i mean who wouldn't, with that kind of detail everyone would be pleased! XD

I'd get the first one if it was PVC. The base doesn't look nice though. I have no gkit skills =(
Gurren Lagann is funny as hell, and I would buy the first one for sure.
I would definitely get both if they appeared in PVC form. I've flown over any previous Garren Lagann PVC's, something about them didn't click with me, but these two instantly caught my eye. I prefer the kneeling one because it I like poses with a bit of emotion. The standing one does look quite sexy, either way, girls with guns = win.
Yoko as a PVC, not interested. Yoko as an unpainted resin.. NOW you have my interest... Not a huge fan of the first pose tho. But the face on the second one looks a little off. It's like my C.C problem all over again...
i build.. but im a bit rusty.. so i would prefer pvc.. but i need the practace... i like the first stance the best.. more action and less cheese like the second one... though the eyes on both are....shall we say...().()
I don't think I will buy this figure. unless I have enough money sitting around
Haven't watch the anime, am interested but haven't got my hands on it. Both figurines look superb. If anyone looking for someway to spend money on good thing but doesn't feel like doing it over a regular charity program, send those figurines to my address will ya :D PS: Yoko, somehow, reminds me of Revvi (Black Lagoon) .. Though women, rrrrrhh! :))
I would buy the first Yoko, the pose is awesome. The second one isn't bad but nothing compared to the first. I like both better than the first Yoko that came out though.
I just got Konami's 1/8 PVC Yoko and thought it was great! These Kotobukiya figures though really capture her personality! I really hope these are PVC! I'm horrible with resin kits!
I probably won´t get neither, but if I had to, I would choose the first one. I like her pose and face. I want Nia figure. Or Kamina. Cool one.
Would certainly buy both of them ^^; Didn't purchase Konami's figure because I don't like the face at all, but those two looks awesome!
I prefer the 1st Yoko more than the 2nd, I love the pose and the face .... :)
Oh baby.
yeah I will be buying that Yoko you are my mistress forever!!! Lol
wow, both poses are awesome
I would get the Yoko in action pose if it was PVC. Myu: There's already a Nia figure out there
both figures look great, but I'd probably opt to get the first one if I were a little strapped for cash. ^^
omg i want! +_+ the 2nd fig's color is a bit too white? lol
They're both available as kits only atm as far as I know, debuted in unpainted form at the Plamodel Radicon Show: http://ga.sbcr.jp/mreport/008064/ They look really good painted up, I hope there's a PVC release of the first one. I expect Kotobukiya to release Gurren Lagann figures eventually, Yoko would be a great start ^^
i like the crouching one. it has a more dynamic pose.
Just kits T___T If these were PVC, I would so get them... D:
I'll get both figs if they come in PVC. The first one looks so kick ass!!
The second one has a strange looking face.
Is it possible to have these images added to the wallpaper tool danny?
I'd get the first one. The pose looks awesome
"The only details I have at the moment are that these are unpainted kits available this December." NOOOOOOOOO. If it is available as a figure I would go out of my way to preorder it. There is just something about chicks and sniper rifles (big guns) aherm...
Yay!!!!!!!!! Yoko figure wait so long for it! I alway want the first one since the day they release the sketch. The second one look weir, no thank. Anyone know when it release? I'll pre-order it no matter what.
@lazycat123 As stated in the post and several comments "The only details I have at the moment are that these are unpainted kits available this December." so expect them to arrive around January time if you preorder, and then however long it takes for you to build and paint the kit. Unlike everyone else, I'm leaning slightly in favour for the second kit, but given that I do build kits, I probably pick up on things other ppl do not, such as the pointless complexity of the hair. Just out of interest, does everybody just pic figures to buy by aesthetics? or are there methods to the madness, certain things you look out for, etc?
Damn them! Why did they have to have the top one be a kit? I think its just to torture me. Models that I have to assemble myself are one of my weaknesses.
In a recent photo report on HLJ's website, they also stated that these Yoko figures are resin kits. I'm really disappointed, since the top Yoko figure is the best I've seen so far and I was really looking forward to a PVC figure. Never thought that Kotobukuya would actually make resin kits, but I keep my fingers crossed hoping that they will release a PVC figure.
love the gun
I want a GAR-lock figure........=P
I'd love to have this, but as a kit I don't know. The last kit we bought here came in all these little pieces that had to be put together and then painted. Needles to say... Never finished it never started it. I guess you can buy them from some one already completed?
@japananime Kotobukiya make pretty good resin kits. I bought their Kazami Mizuho a while back and that was wonderful so I know that they do great jobs! Looks like the fanbase says that the first one is the one to go for. But then I still have C.C, Ignis and Shirley to go through, not to mention my gundam kits...
FUKKEN WANT~!!! i will definitely have this moelicious PVC on my GET! list ^___^ let's hope that i could put on some bukkake to her XDDDD
A definite yes... for the first one. the second's hair looked oversimplified to me.
A lot of Kotobukiya's earlier PVC figures began life as kits. If demand for a PVC version becomes high enough it will most likely be made. ;)
WAANT! is leready in wallpaperpool?
Man i know they will make a PVC of Yoko soon. Yoko is a great character so its a no brainer to make a PVC of her.
For those of you who are completely incapable of assembling and painting resin model kits, there are people/services who will go to the trouble for you. Though the cost is quite a bit higher than what you'd be spending on a PVC model, the quality is generally several magnitudes better in terms of both model detail and paintwork.
Definitely want the first Yoko in PVC form. Still waiting to hear some news about this...
Just saw the PVC version of the first Yoko figure at the top at Toyslogic.com for pre-order. Come and get it while you can! (http://www.toyslogic.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=4160)
