Hum its very hard to decide on the pol I love both Mecha and Figurines but I have more figures than mechas. I choose both :P
Why does Darth have a Blue Lightsaber?!
Eric R. in Michigan, those blue-sabered Darth and scuba Luke figures are based on the early pre-production drawing designs for the original film... Danny, to prevent dying, all u need to do is somehow make money from being an otaku, and your problem will be solved! You've already mentioned that people ask u about this, right? Finally, female figures of course, lol!!!
no gundam? ;_; oh well. i indeed love the demonbane mechs, they look awsome!! oh well some of them arent my appealing at all.. i want those anime drinks tho ^^
What the hell is the robot on pic 7756? It looks like a gold zippo lighter or a gift box or something. Nice range of figures - i get a bit bored of the similarity of the gundam designs to be honest. Love those super-detailed Armoured Core figs. Nice bit of Mazinger too.
Hey that Jehuty figure popped up again (img 7757). Was there any info around about those figures? Company, Release date, things like that? I've been wanting some Zone of the Ender's figures since I played the first game.
wow , Darth Vader turned good! i see a blue sabre with him :P
LOL XD there's a MOE coffee in the vending machine XDDD
female. Also Vader technically isn't a mecha.
7708 and 7709 look awesome but I don't know what they're from.
Love those Mechas! And that Ralph McQuarrie's Darth Vader is pretty cool.
I've been enjoying figures a lot lately. Don't think I can pick either figures or Gundam as a preference. Kerberos would be a nice set of armor. I've never seen cosplay of this. Probably would cost a fortune to buy.
Hard decision....i think i'd get the mechas merged with the female figures....eheh.
How much is that baldie in the window? (Mecha superior. Bishojo figurines inferior)
@polls why choose either of the two when we can just combine them XD Mecha Musume anyone? XD
I know everybody has been mentioning about it, but I'm still compelled to say it, what is Vader doing with a blue lightsaber? ^^ I'm a bit sad tho, no gundams. T-T
Mechs are so awesome. Its one of the reasons why i wanted to be a mechanical engineer.
Great coverage Danny, i definitely prefer mechas but i find some female figurines cool too (especially ones with big "eyes"). P.S.: that's a very cool Gaiking.
Im really digging the mecha designs from Total Eclipse. They remind me of the designs from Five Star Stories. This is definitely an anime I will be watching ;)
I like that chibi ryuk in 7734. hahah! Who's that in 7739?

sooo u are english?! i thought you were a Asian born in England..
OK... a few questions here.. 1) Who is Vader fighting? Are the figures part of the Star Wars Unleashed series? 2) Did the guys who made the figure run out of red plastic? Cuz Vader (in that form) never used a blue lightsaber. 3) Why no Gundams???
Nice pics Danny. I personally perfer mechas over female figurines. By the way Daniel the Star Wars figures are not part of the Unleashed series, since the Unleashed figures are not made by Kotobukiya.
omg! the only thing that i wanted right now is the nendroid ryuk from deathnote!!! i want apples@!

OMG!! It's Idolo(last pic)!! Post more pics of Jehuty and Anubis!! @_@ Maybe Dolores too?

Excuse me but is "Total Eclipse" a game? It has some nice mecha design, BTW.

first of all excellent pics danny now with the questions.. 1>what is this total-eclipse thing? anime or videogame? where are the mecha gonna be released for sale? 2>how about the ninja from the KARAS anime?is there any merchandise from the anime? 3>why did you took a pic of a bald guy with a camera? ha ha ha 4>any idea where to buy zone of enders action-figures? 5>does anyone know about the far future releases of revoltech? sorry for the length danny.
Those mechs from Total Eclipse look amazing, I noticed on the site that it's in conjunction with Volks, so the kits might be a wee bit expensive. Must have them all, mind. Cracking photography, sir.
Thanks for the info MonkeyKombat. But I'm still dying to know who is Vader's adversary.

@Daniel Ouija The adversary is none other than Luke Skywalker. He is wearing a breathing appuratus because the spaceship's hull had been compromised. It is based on the pre-production concept art of Ralph McQuarrie, the man responsible for the look and feel of the original trilogy. Hasbro are also producing McQuarrie concept figures in their 3 3/4" range. You can currently get a concept stormtrooper (equipped with a light saber), and their are plans to release more.

What's that Total Eclipse is about ?? game .. anime .. comic ?? anyone know ?? i need to know ..

Wow, these look really cool. The photos are good, but it is quite hard to judge the size of them in some instances. How big are the posed Macross mechas? It's interesting ZOIDS are still being produced. Not really a fan, but i had a couple of them as a kid. Masterpiece (or is it Revoltech?) Megatron looks very good. I still need to get Optimus Prime (yes, thats right I don't call him "Convoy", what a crap name ~_~). What are the mechas in the lo-vis paint schemes with USAF and Soviet markings? lol @ chibi Death God
Love the Revoltech Megatron and Konami mecha girls. @Matt_ It's Revoltech Megatron. This ( http://www.tfw2005.com/gallery/showphoto.php/photo/16229/cat/1671 ) is Masterpiece Megatron More MP Megatron here: http://www.tfw2005.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=1671
Wow, those total eclipse mechas look amazing. Can't wait until the ZOE mechas are released - Its about time!
Nice photos as always. For people wondering about Total Eclipse it seems that it is kind of related to the game Muv-Luv Alternative.
they look pretty gd. some of them look amazing wish i had them though. ashame there wasnt any new gundams. WHEN IS THE NEW PG OUT.
I loves me some Fujikomos, I want to get one and perch it at the base of my monitor ^_^
nice images! i have a few questions though; is the 9th picture an eva? i cant tell but it looks like eva unit 1 with eva unit 2 type f's equipment. why does vader have a cyan saber? Possibly from a book?? thanks dan!
heiheit - to answer one of you questions the Darth Vader depicted in the model was based off a preliminary design of Vader, and the crouching one is a preliminary design of Luke Skywalker, although his name may still have been "Starkiller" at the time of the original art. You can see this art and some explanation of it in the documentary "Empire of Dreams" which was released with the original trilogy in the United States.
ohhh now i remember seeing him... on the trilogy, the laast dvd had the concept helmet... lol thanks and nvm to the othe ques. it just an armored core unit
