Tis a good day indeed for figure announcements today but could also bad news for already dry wallets?

First up is Ringo Noyamano from AirGear by Yamato. Ringo will be out in July and retail for 7,140 yen. Not too familiar with the series so not sure what the bag-on-her-head thing is all about. As for the costume - approved. Has been placed on the "to be acquired" list.
AirGear OP below.
Does Ringo have a lovely pair of eyes or does she have a lovely pair of eyes?
Next up is Haruka Takamori from the eroge Beat Blades Haruka. Haruka is being released by Alter this September and retails for 7,140 yen. Absolutely gorgeous. Another one on the "to be acquired" list ^^; Beat Blades Haruka OP below.
Last up is Miina who we first saw in Densha Otoko and then the anime Getsumen Heiki Miina. Miina will hit the streets this August and retail for 6,615 yen by Alter - has to be the nicest figure of Miina yet. Miina Get!
Miina in Densha Otoko OP below.
Densha Otoko action below. Itou Misaki Lurve.
Getsumen Heiki Miina anime OP below. Was this on your watch list? I only caught the first EP.
All images stolen from partner Hobby Stock.

Ummm... To be honest, I'd say that Ringo is not my type of figure at all. And what the hell is with the fifth picture?! Reminds me of Faust from Guilty Gear in that mode.
She would be a must get if she didn't have such... minimalistic clothes (can they even be called clothes at this point?).
Haruka is my favorite of the bunch, enough said. Expect insane leaning with time though.
And Miina, I don't even want to talk about her. She gets a complete fail ranking on my charts (and a WTF special mention as well).

Ecchi? Umm, oh yeah, but it has to remain realistic (even if I am completely crazy over certain fantastic female figures such as mermaids and angels)... I am picky as well.

In the early volumes of the air gear manga, Ringo helped out the main hero team "Kogusamaru" by wearing a top hat, goofy glasses, a cape and a school swimsuit to compete alongside them. I think she used the name "Croissant mask" or something.

In any case, there was a big match against another air gear team in vol 7 (i think) and Kogusamaru wasn't doing too well so Ringo decided to put her costume on and help out. But Simca swapped her costume with the one shown on the figure so Ringo ended up going out in that, putting the bag on her head to hide her face and try to help the team. Except Simca turned up wearing the proper costume to cause some problems...
It was the first time we got a proper glimpse of how powerful Ringo is as a stormrider.

But I'm not interested in any of those figures. And, for me, the definitive Getsumento heiki Mina figure is still the original one which was shown on Densha Otoko (which I own)

Ringo's outfit is from a scene in Air Gear where she was supposed to go an help Ikki's team in a battle and had to change into her costume which was actually just a school swimsuit, top hat and mask similar to that guy in Sailor Moon but Simca switched her bag with another one which contained bondage stuff. So she ended up joining the battle wearing that and wearing the bag over her head to hide her identity.

Hilarious and hot!

You mean which volume this costume appears?

Ringo puts it on at the end of Volume 7 of the manga so she walks around in it for the early parts of vol 8

The part where she tries to convince the crowd that simca was a fake croissant mask (while simca is wearing the croissant mask costume)is hilarious!

air gear is a nice anime packed with action and cool moves...i know alot of ppl prefer the manga..but i get headaches reading the complicated drawing of the manga
but as for ringo-san, i actually prefer simca-san from airgear..this has always been on my dreamlist but too expensive to swallow
http://www.hlj.com/product/YMT34452
but must admit this ringo-san is very enticing

as for beat blade's haruka, i am familiar with the anime..but do admit the figure is very nice and has a good pose as well...just worried if the figure might bend??? (couldn't locate your article that talks about bended figures)

then finally, mina-san is always a favourite...though not sure will get this one from alter...still very much prefer the one densha has on his desk. does anyone know if its still possible to buy that one?

Oh I have that Simca, and it is gorgeous! Well worth the money I say. I also have this Ringo on order. I love the face and pose on this figure. It's so static but at the same time evokes powerful movement.

Ringo is the only figure from Wonderfest that I had on my MUST HAVE list. I saw a lot of great figures, but I decided to cut back.

Getsumen Heiki Miina was on the watch list but I couldn't find subs past 8 and haven't heard anything on a license so I'm kinda bummed about that as it was pretty funny.

If I had the spare coinage I'd definately be getting Ringo.

Ive had my eyes on that Ringo figure for ages now - ever since it was first at WF i believe. It looks fantastic, though it may be slightly too risque for my collection. Awesome figure though. Im just starting to read the air gear manga now.

By the way - whats with the site? Its all over the shop! Sections are displaying in wierd areas, and some article text is in a poo looking font...

Me not think gf appreciate figures like Ringo though. Gf ask why I spend much time in home studio and not in bedroom instead. Hmm conundrum indeed methinks...

I knew they'd be releasing Haruka one day; definetely on the want-list. Ironic though, as only two days ago I spent my last money (and probably my mom's patience too) by ordering Piece@Pieces Nagi. Still can't believe I actualy found her on ebay for a good price ^-^.

Anyways, if I ever get Haruka, I guess I'll try to get her together with Narika: twin ninja girls on the shelf xD
