I suppose the only bloody scene people are going to get from this show is the nose bleeding of the audience XD
after watching the idol videos danny provided. i must say i prefer Mikie chan as an idol more. ^^ she looks kinda different from the drama and the idol video.
i'd prefer the movie version :/ , the costume is too plain for my tastes in this version, and the actress looks middle aged................. -_- more point minus

I'm not a fan of live action shows, and I think the amount of fanservice in this one was fairly excessive. Also, is disappointgly based on the late Go Nagai's Honey, i.e. a much more lighthearted character.
I think I prefer the Eriko Sato version, she is soooooo much more sexier.
Although seeing Honey as an extremely lighthearted and bubbly character was a bit strange for me, I think Mikie Hara is really cute and does the role well. This first episode was really funny, so I'll be watching the rest.

I loved the movie, I will definitely give this a try. It's nice to have a lighthearted, silly show.
It looks good, but for some reason, I doubt it will be showing on the BS network in Shikoku, will check the newspapers though. I was actually thinking of reading the manga of Cutey Honey as it is by genious manga Ka Gou Nagai, the same man who created Mazinger Z!! If I see it in the book shop some time Ill pick it up.

The suit looks cool but not as awesome as the one in the movie. Besides the first part of the second gave me laugh after laugh it, I don't know if this one is as funny.
