Now we take a look at some of the stuff that you can actually buy at the TGS - you may want to look out for some of these if you are going today.
First up is Rio stuff - this was at the AU mobile booth but you need to go to the merchandise hall to get hold of these.

OK, these ladies were not quite for sale. The lady on the far right is holding a bag of peanuts which she gave to me later. Have no idea why nurses were handing out peanuts.
Why don't real nurses dress like this? I suppose they exist to save lives instead of giving patients heart attacks.

Just had a thought. If you are hugging the pillow then all you can see is the face which also means that the rest of the ero ero cover that you cant see is a bit of a waste?

OMG Danny you can't remember the Final Fantasy characters name? LOL they Silver one is Sephiroth and the blond is Cloud probably the most known characters in the history of RPG I think. Impressive, anime is so much into japanese culture now that even its merchandise is at sale in Game shows, even if theres no game about those animes.

Wow, thats a lot of dakimakura. The only things I could name was the figures. The one with silver hair is Sephiroth while the blonde is Cloud, both from FF7 Advent Children I believe. Danny, about 1/3 of the images towards the bottom of the post are links that lead to the same image. Maybe its just me.

Danny, you are the only major otaku I know that doesn't know FF CHARACTERS! Probably because there isn't any FF eroge...(There are always doujinshi ^.^)

LOL! I was kinda surprized Danny didn't know the names of FFVII characters. I didn't even play the entire game, or am a fan of the series, and still know all the names... Anyways, DO WANT almost everything pictured. I also just watched a video that made me want so bad to be on TGS07. That is why Dakimakura is a good business. XD Those Sephiroth and Cloud Strife figures inspired from Advent Children look odd to me, especially Cloud. I prefer his original outfit. Enix? It is SquareEnix now, Danny... And the monsters are from Dragon Quest (a series I avoided like the plague, even if I used to be a RPG freak), if I'm not wrong (King Slimes, Golems, Demons, etc.). I love how this merchandise secretly compels you to buy it. i never get tired of otaku coverage like that. -Question time!- It may sound stupid for a question, but sometimes when I vote for a certain choice in the poll, the statistics decrease instead of increase. How come is that? @_@;

Thats a lot of dakimakura on sale. Does the previous TGS have so many on sale too? I dun really remember the older TGS (during the 1990s) having so many dakimakura on sale. I guess most anime have games on the PS2 or DSL now. I sure i'm as lucky as you Danny to be able to attend TGS. lol @ sailor fuku t-shirts and lol these FF char all from 7 i wonder where zack went lol. The yellow hair --> Cloud from Advent child White hair FF guy -->sephiroth (dunno from FF7 or AC nto sure) its quite sad 1 of the most famous guy from ff7 is forgotten by danny =P lol, guess sep wasn't important lol and i wonder how they can keep releasing d.c. ... i can't see what else they can make more of lol (so many versions already!!).

I didn't know they sold these kind of stuff in the TGS @.@ The 2 characters on the dakimakura below the sailormoon shirt would be Asuka Hina in the left, and Mahiro Sendou in the right, from the eroge Memories off encore #5..

Dude great review, but seriously, you have to learn some of the basic stuff! The figure with the white hair is Sephiroth, and the one with the big Sword is Cloud. They are of course both from FF7. It's like not knowing what Evangelion is..

Well, in fact, Cloud's name was scratched in certain versions of FF VII; his name was changed to Clad (how stupid of them), a bit like for Rinoa who was renamed Linoa (FF VIII) and Vivi who became Bibi. Danny, you were pretty close after all... *major laughs* I know those mistranslations were for the french version of those games (don't tell me you played in this language?!).

I just bought a custom made Sephiroth sword, its almost as tall as me! (im 6'2"). Almost too heavy to actually hold for very long, let alone swing. Clouds sword is great too, but not really to scale.

D_BLADE; I think the reason you are noticing this voting error is because other people are voting at the same time as you. When the page refreshes itself (after you vote), say someone else votes the opposing view, or two people, it might change the wrong way. That.. or you dont know how to vote, like the people who live in florida in the US.
