It's not news, but always nice to remind people of this little game that's comming to PS3. I got some screens and trailers and put it together on a post in MAI BUROGU. This game along with Little Big Planet are the ones that are making me think of buying a new gen console (still have none). Thing is, I want all three console... and they were so balanced on my opinnion, I couldn't decide. Which console you have/ want?

Made gyoza for lunch today... was curious if it's a common food around the world. Not very common in Brazil, though you can get them in places that sells japanese products. Pic has them raw. Posted more pics on it and the rest of my lunch, along with an improvised apron I did, in MAI BUROGU. :P

Last post about Imin Matsuri Curitiba, also on cosplayers. Bleach cosplayers, Naruto, a Haruhi one and... I think it's Video Girl (beautiful). Check them out at MAI BUROGU. Watched Bleach 'till the end of the Soul Society arc... and part of the one that came next. Naruto I dropped when filler arcs began, and never had the will to start watching again even when Shippuden started... I just hate to skip stuff, even if they are crappy filler episodes, so I guess no more Naruto to me. You?

I did play 3 (US version), a part of 7, little bit of 8 and little bit of 10. Watched the movies, and watched (AND LIKED) the anime... Final Fantasy: Unlimited, which most FF fans hate. For folks who are following this event, here's a tech-gadget part of it! There was a stand with robots, a stand with Wiis to play (oops) and Air Drums! Check the pics at MAI BUROGU Anyways, despite Brazil government funding for tech-related initiatives being very VERY poor, there are some brave guys and universities that will try to make and show stuff on events. It surprized me because this wasn't even an event on technology (it was on japanese culture)... never saw stuff like that on previous events. How's that in your country? Also: Previous post.

A new collection of pics from the event in my city celebrating 100 years of japanese immigration in Brazil. Was packed, and had several interesting stuff. Including otaku stuff, but I'm saving that for another post. Question: Do stores and exhibition stands in your area sells stuff like hoods, nekomimi, tails, plushie dolls, keychains and other related material like the ones on the pic? I know they are not licensed, but it's a pretty common thing here in Brazil. BTW, I took that pic just today... There's an event happening here where I live (Curitiba city, Parana state, Brazil) to celebrate 100 years of japanese immigration in Brazil. Also happening in several other cities in Brazil. Took lots of pics and posted on my blog Lots of japanese traditional stuff, but otaku stuff is always present when there's an event about japanese culture. Moe Moe Niji Taisen Deluxe

I was pretty shure I saw a post about this on DannyChoo... but tried searching for it with several keywords to no avail... Wrote sometime ago and it was just waiting in the scrap pool to be posted. Moe Moe Niji Taisen Deluxe is a game by System Soft Alpha, it has a PC version, and will be released for PSP/PS2 this fall in Japan. Aside from a... seemingly RPG-esque battle system, it has lots of VERY NICE CGs, some crazy plot with WWII vehicles represented by moe 2D girls, and some other very very interesting stuff. Check the post on MAI BUROGU for more pics, info, and MOE. Get or let? Get for me. I only wish I knew japanese... T_T (bare eyes not showing.... but almost. Tagged adult just to be safe)

Almost forgot... my desktop. Since Danny asked to post recommended apps, I left my Start Menu open. What can I say about them... let's see. Browsers: I use mainly Firefox, but sometimes I use Opera because of how light and easy it is to reload previous sessions. P2P: eMule is there but I never used it because couldn't make it work with my cable connection... mainly use uTorrent. Video player: It's ZoomPlayer, VLC for .flvs and PowerDVD (not there) for DVDs. Have some other options there too. Burn my stuff with Nero, and images with MagicISO. MagicISO also very useful when you want to add stuff to image files or extract specific files. Using C# and Blender for my specialization project on Game Development... almost 2 months stalled, still dunno what to do. Foobar2000 is my music player, because it's light and I don't care about DSPs, AVSs, VSTs and stuff. BrOffice is the brazillian version of OpenOffice. Most stuff on the desktop is some post in progress for my blog. Yep, guess that's it. Any other questions, just leave a comment. Oh, about the wallpaper... I got this: http://img114.imageshack.us/img114/2489/luckystarbeachmn9.png And flipped it horizontally... using Macromedia Fireworks if I'm not mistaken. Because I have lots of stuff on my desktop and I like them to be on the left of my monitor.

Couldn't find another post about this (only one about the OVA), and it's been out some days ago. For IkkiTousen fans... the game is a fighting side scroller (like Final Fight) and has lots of fanservice embedded on it. ^^' More screens and stuff in mai brogu I'm not an Ikki Tousen fan, but the game looks interesting... very fitting to the theme. I don't even know the real name (maybe some fellow otaku can help me on this)... but I know it as NicoNico Song Mix, or NicoNico Douga Compilation... or even more daring "The new japanese anthem". XD It's a song compiling lots of animes and games that the little otaku people considers it should be the new japanese anthem... Started on NicoNico Douga (sort of an japanese YouTube for otakus), the song has several versions... each version mixing new fan-sang lyrics to it. My favorite one is version 2.0, with 15 singers (one of them is Hatsune Miku):

Kinda old by now, but just in case someone didn't see it yet. From the show Downtown no Gaki no Tsukai ya Arahende!!, two of the most famous videos. Silent Library with Ernesto Hoost Batsu game were the participants draw a card, and the one who gets the "batsu" card pays the price. Notice they are in a library, so no laughing allowed.

Silent Classroom. Another batsu game, but this time, if you laugh, you get punishment!
