Kotobukiya's Leon Release Suspended

The release of Kotobukiya’s upcoming figure of “Lion Magnus” from Tales of Destiny series has been suspended. The reason was because of the social effects of the recent Akihabara Stabbing incident. All orders has been cancelled and already been removed from most online stores. More at Sankaku Complex Does this kind of stuffs happened before? This is the first time I heard a figure release got cancelled because of a killing incident.
