Well, yes, as we know, anime drawings are made much more automatically than classic painting and with less effort. It's not that it's not art in it's own way, but it's a different meaning for art. There's a distinction between "art" and "Fine Arts" (I think it's how they are called in English, in spanish it's 'Bellas Artes'). Obviously they are taking it too far. That's what happens when retarded believe that they can think. The deeper they try to think the more stupid ideas they have. I think they believe they can change the world with their 'smart philosophy'. My question is how many woman would benefit of this law change? and how many others would be against it? In my city is quite the opposite, all primary schools have uniforms, all federal secundary schools have uniforms, most of private schools don't have uniforms in secundary (it's like junior high I think), and almost no school have uniform from high school and above except for medicine schools in college.
