I was born in Shang Hai. So I can speak, read and write Mandarin and Shang Hainese. I lived in Brazil for 2 years and learn Portuguese, I havent used it for a while so I am forgetting Portuguese, but every time I went back there I was be able to pick it up within a week or 2. After learning Portuguese, I can understand Spanish and very limited Italian. I live in Canada now, so I can speak, read and write English fluently. Also learned to listen cantonese. ( コメントを見る » )

I just got a Canon Rebel Xti, it's a DSLR. I've been taking few pictures of my figure close up, and the back ground is always blurred if I get too close. If I focus into the background then the object will get blurry. Nothing on camaera you can do. Now the HDRI people are talking about is interesting I should try that. One dumb way to do this, is take same picture with different focus then photoshop it lol ( コメントを見る » )

Northern Chinese Jiaozi usually does not contain more than 3-4 produce. usually 1 type of vegetable mixing with 1 type of meat, and they are chopped, diced and seasoned together. Never had real Japanese Gyoza, but from the super market ones I had they contain more fancy produce and usually more chunky. ( コメントを見る » )

Dunno where you lived, but when I was in Rio for 2 years Japanese food were doing not too shabby. My friend's uncle has a japanese restaurant by Praia de Ipanema, they got pretty good business serving sushi and sashimi. but i guess there are a lot tourists going there. compare to the brazilian cuisine, oriental cuisine is completely different. (I miss bacalhao, coxinha, feijao, churrasco....) people are less comfortable to adapt the food. I know sao paulo is bit better since the large japanese/chinese population.
