...I like my eyes. I'll free her, but I'm going to hold off on telling her about me until I've struggled long and hard to get out of this on my own. ( コメントを見る » )

...I would've just figured browsing went down because all us North Americans went back to school. ^^; This is why I'm not in IT and web management. ( コメントを見る » )

Wow. The flower print and choice of colours really makes it stand out, and comparing it with the prototype you showed us before is like night and day. Something about the pose bugs me though. The detail and weathered paintwork on Juliona is amazing. ( コメントを見る » )

Nope! I'm pretty sure the age restrictions/definitions don't count when you're within 2 or 3 years. 'Cause that's pretty messed up otherwise. ^^; ( コメントを見る » )

I'm still young enough that I can prefer people around the same age, and have that age range be, ah, the anime/moe norm. Give or take a couple of years. So basically around 16-22. On that list, my favourite character would be Ana Coppola, though I'd just spoil her instead of dating her. ( コメントを見る » )

...Interesting comparison. ^^; I shy away from MMOs in general. I don't like playing online - like to stay offline when I game, especially since there's at least an equal amount of good people and complete idiots and jerks online. The most important thing though, is that I need my games to have closure. MMOs don't give me that, not to mention they suck up a lot of time. ( コメントを見る » )

I'm of the opinion that older series are good, indirectly BECAUSE the animation is dodgy. When your animation isn't all that good, you've got to compensate with good storytelling. ( コメントを見る » )

Note that it's not necessarily ecchi though, or even a girl from what I know. Pasting an anime character on your car takes either balls or obsession already, and making it ecchi, well...that takes insanity. ^^; ( コメントを見る » )

I usually spend the beginning of the weekend sleeping in and de-stressing. Then I goof off for most of the day before getting back to work on homework. Sunday is church followed by homework, and anime depending on time. These past few weeks though, it's been waking up early and doing work. ( コメントを見る » )

Yeah, we're all weird in our own way. And in a sort of communal way, but let's not go into that... Anyway, my point is, that might be a bit too graphic for some people. I refer to a lot of your comments with this, actually, and I hope I don't offend you by saying so. It's just that, while DC is far, far away from a being a family-friendly site, it might be better to tone it down a bit. ( コメントを見る » )

My comment was eaten... :( Anyway, YUI's Rolling Star was used as an OP for Bleach awhile back, and instantly became one of my favourites. Not to mention that the grungy opening animation was quite well done - I used it as the inspiration and basis of a contest-winning yearbook cover. ^^; The last song is my favourite this week, but something about the closeups of his face made me crack up. I like reading both, but when it comes to American comics I just don't have nearly as much interest. The art tends to be a bit too messy and the characters a bit too wordy for me to enjoy completely. As for anime and cartoons, there's usually no comparison. Subs and dubs...well, I just dislike media that are modified from the original, in general. Not just anime. ( コメントを見る » )

Personally, I never liked drills - thought them to be useless or at least not very cool looking weapons. Gurren Lagann, as awesome as it is, did nothing to change that. ( コメントを見る » )

I cannot. At all. I can barely do without checking DC or e-mail for that matter. Case in point: RIGHT NOW. I'm staying the weekend at a friend's residence, since I have a university film shoot that I can't get to on time from home. There's no wireless internet, and wired only works if you're a registered residence member. So instead of sitting in a nice room, I'm camping out on a bench, and spending the hour or two I get of Internet on DC. >< ( コメントを見る » )

Already knew about this ages ago from the manga - personally, I feel that it was unexpected but also a cheap shot to get people interested again. And dude - whether you choose to post spoilers or not, at least change your title. Even the title is pretty spoilerish - people don't even have to click. ( コメントを見る » )

I'm pretty good at managing and saving money, and keeping things tidy, so I honestly have no idea how my parents would respond. That was a very reasonable request that girl's parents made though. Of course, the reason I am what I am now is because of my parents' raising me. And the fact that my Dad threw out anything I left lying around in my cramped HK apartment when I was young. Nothing. *sobs* I feel like I'm in withdrawal. Have a film shoot this weekend and, coupled with the fact that I'm staying at a friend's house, I can't watch anything. I can't even access the 'Net more than once a day. The last couple episodes of To LOVE-Ru, the Lucky Star OVA, and Code Geass R2 would be on the list if I could watch though. ( コメントを見る » )

Act what animal should do when faced with a predator: show no fear, and slowly back away. As I do so, do what man would do: try to talk my way out of it. Mention the other freaky beings I've already met. She looks like the type that would stop if she's curious. (I guessed right about the freaky foreshadowing after all. I'm now wondering how many scenarios you've already planned in advance.) ( コメントを見る » )
