Ah Malaysian uniforms. Nostalgia. Well there isn't any moe-ness due to the fact that the government is an Islamic one hence the modest dressing but that isn't modest enough according to Islam as they deem that the women have to cover their legs and feet entirely. As for the Chinese and Indian, the pinafore and the skirt can be no higher than the knees. Well if we did have some rolling em up once in a while, I wouldn't be surprised.
