Quick Changer is a program that allows you to create a list from image files you've selected, and creates a simple list you could scroll through to change your desktop background in real time. Hahahaha... probably wasn't smart, but I wouldnt say overboard. I find that I get little work done sometimes if I get caught up in moving them around or changing their outfits. ^^; ( コメントを見る » )

Assuming that it IS a PATCH then it should have a .EXE extention. If so, then run it. If you are saying that it is NOT infact a PATCH then you would have to stick it in the directory you installed the game to and then replace the original file with the PATCH which would not be a patch but a CRACK.
