Yeah, her shoulders abit high and as for her fringe, there's this part on top of her eye that makes it look like 2 horns/Lacus' hair clip. IMO, that part of the hair should just flow down.

Most of my friends, if not all, at least know I'm interested in anime and Japan's culture more than others or that I'm an otaku. But they would just view me under the "anime freak" category.
