Power Anime
10800 W. Pico Blvd., Suite 104B, Los Angeles, CA 90064 http://www.poweranime.com/

That place has lots of figures, you're gonna love it. I don't know in what part of LA you're staying, but if you're around downtown LA, Power Anime is quite far from there. Granted, it won't take that long, as long as you can drive there it should be fine.

You've got Anime Jungle and Kinokunya in Little Tokyo.

In Chinatown there are a couple of anime stores, but last time I went only thing they had was manga. They used to have trading figures and a lot more, but it seems business is no good, none of that stuff is there anymore. There are also a couple of stands inside the chinese market where they sell anime fabric posters, if you're lucky they'll have a sale of $5 each. ( View formatted comment » )

The first op is CRAZY (nakanakanakanakanakanakanakanaka)

Yes that's the only thing that grates my nerves with that song, they could've said something else but no, they have to keep on going with the "pokemon ag" chorus =_= ( View formatted comment » )

Thanks! Mmmm... the melody sounds great, just like I like them, but that singer is really putting me off -_-U

I have only two pokemon songs I like (maybe I need to listen more): the first every op, and this korean opening: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UhzXGWWbNaQ ( View formatted comment » )

Universal rule, that one, can't mess up with it ^^U

Also, UFO catcher universal rule #2: you probably (will) need to spend 5 times what the prize actually cost (even more if the prize is crappy). ( View formatted comment » )

Well at least they're very tiny, like Gulliver and the tiny folks who tie him up on the beach (oh wait that's not a comforting example...) ( View formatted comment » )

Is it at least any good like strawberry pocky? I swear strawberry pocky was made by the demon who invented chocolate, it's damn addictive. Will check my japanese store if they have any, you know what they say about at least trying ^^ ( View formatted comment » )

Not all the girls draw them, feels like a waste of time to me, since as you say it's easier and keeps itself longer to just use a special razor (that you can get in any pharmacy). But then again a lot of women just have no hair and can mess up, especially if they wax too much.

Eyelashes curler. Freaky-est thing I've seen a woman can use.

Chocolate is the evil incarnated in delicious cocoa mana, avoid at all costs. ( View formatted comment » )

To answer your eyebrows questions: the shape, length and thickness of the eyebrow help define your facial features, it's important to at least groom them in shape (else you get hair everywhere)

--"Even when she is hungry, why doesn’t she eat a lot?"

With diets come being conscious for your health, and everyone knows it takes 10-20 minutes for your stomach to signal it's full; either a girl is eating way too little to lose weight or is eating exactly enough to be healthy. ( View formatted comment » )

What I can gether from those questions, men have no idea what a woman is thinking, and women think men are super gross, lol XD

And to annswer your question: I have no idea what you're talking about, fujoshi grope eyes' figures?? only thing I can tell you, if they do, is because they want to have a nice pair like that one for themselves. I sure think about it, just look at the eyes anime girls have, they are perfect no matter how big they become.

Men don't do that to male figures because then they start to wonder if it means they're gay (or any other sexual insecurity thought). ( View formatted comment » )

--like one year ago I saw fate candy toys but there is only lancer
--evangelion only shinji ikari inside it!!!^^(rei and asuka are sold out)
--or haruhi only itsuki and kyon.

Hey, that's not so bad, those are my favourite characters ^___________^

Anime Jungle in Little Tokyo goes and does this with their trading figures, which in my opinion is completely super special awesome, since they give you the chance to spend just the right amount to complete your collection. Then again by the time you go most of the popular ones are sold out, so if you like to have the collection like me... ( View formatted comment » )

Agreed, UFO players should be able to take a prize home once in a while, but no one will want to play a game that is rigged from the beginning, one of the biggest turn offs to play catchers around here. ( View formatted comment » )

WOW, those UFO catchers have a lot of better prizes than what I can find in LA. They are so varied, they even have one with figures or ice cream!

Japan sure has a lot of interesting things, I would play these UFO catchers a lot more if I lived there. ( View formatted comment » )

It always looked to me Disney put money on KH to have an excuse of being in a game from the creators of FF (who like it or not make huge profits from that franchise, whether the game sucks or not). ( View formatted comment » )

And where's Sora and Riku? sorry but no Sora and no Riku is not KH to me. ( View formatted comment » )
