That place has lots of figures, you're gonna love it. I don't know in what part of LA you're staying, but if you're around downtown LA, Power Anime is quite far from there. Granted, it won't take that long, as long as you can drive there it should be fine.

You've got Anime Jungle and Kinokunya in Little Tokyo.

In Chinatown there are a couple of anime stores, but last time I went only thing they had was manga. They used to have trading figures and a lot more, but it seems business is no good, none of that stuff is there anymore.
