I believe that all relationships are reciprocal, and as such the taking of a human life in the first degree would be a willing forfeit of your own life. After all if you deny the right of your victim to continue living, what right do you have when the same comes to bite you in the ass? ( View formatted comment » )

I dont think its possible to do a GITS like Ironman where it was hands down awesomo. I mean, who the heck are they gonna get to act as Motoko? Its difficult to imagine Hollywood setting something in a culture centre like Japan too, meaning GITS would loose alot of its charm as the Shirow adaption of a futuristic dystopia filled with subtle links and hints to current day religion and culture, as well as the existentialist philosophy of Kant, Descarte, and Hume will be lost in a bid to dumb it down for the average American audience. @ the good folks who have the sensibility to turn away porn (alas, for this poor soul the mind is willing but the flesh is weak. ) Porn, in its carnal-ation is a stimuli that promotes the quick hit of endorphins and ultimately ends in a quick and painless resolution. Its not so much a matter of having "done it" or otherwise, but more so a matter of satisfaction on very subjective levels. In simple English - to each their own. "If you disagree then let me ask, Why do you watch porn?" I find this ... ( View formatted comment » )

Hee hee I know how you feel. Two month ago I went paint balling (I organized it) and I fell into a ditch / trench and snapped two leg bones, torn my entire ankle to hell, and was bed ridden for over 1 month and gained a near perma limp until more physio takes place. The day my leg snapped, I was schedueled to go on a already paid for New Zealand Snowboarding adventure 8 days. I was so shocked and depressed I started having hallucinations while dosed on morphine in hospital. ( View formatted comment » )

Its a great figure, but I dont think it conveys the haughty and mischievous demeanor that tenko normally has in the anime. The hair is very nice, and I am presuming its supposed to be the ring of five elements, of fire, water, wood, earth, blonde (void). I am not a figure collector, doubt I will be unless the availability becomes better than month wait mail packages with insane postage. Thus my unprofessional opinion is that while this figure is beautiful, it captures Tenko only symbolically, rather than wholesomely represent the atmo... ( View formatted comment » )

Maryweather was a character in God Child Cane - I really liked the character. The manga is also known as Godchild, Cain, Count Cain, and is by the artist and author of Angel Sanctuary and ルードヴィッヒ革命, Rūdovihhi Kakumei. I love her twisted and fantastical artwork, and particularly her Loli characters lulz. Reminds of my young boy love of Interview with the Vampire's Claudia. ( View formatted comment » )

Ho ho trust me 4th ed seems like utter crud when you first read through it. Once you get started though -- its terrific. Every class can actually do stuff, and the healing surge system is surprisingly dynamic. I was not even gonna run it until I decided to give it a go, and now we're doing a 25 - 40 ppl RPG network monthly gaming session on it ^^. ( View formatted comment » )
