hey danny i think both has it great merits. i try to catch both every week because over all i love a great story. it doesnt really matter whether its anime or america televisions.. heres some i recommend. (currently watching) Anime: 1.DGray Man 2.Pumpkin Scissor 3.Major (Season 3) 4.Naruto/Bleach Amercian TV: 1.Heroes 2.24 3.House 4.Battlestar Galactica im not much of a fan of lost anymore... they "lost" me w/ the slow storyline and repeat reruns. gothloli is a popular trend in Japan and US... more and more girls and donning the gothloli look at conventions in both countries... with the popularity of visual kei music and movies such as Kamikaze Girls from Novela Takemoto... goth is a "trend" that alot of people is trying out... now... i dont know why.. but i really dont like this girl in this outfit...doesnt match... actually i dont really care much for idols so i guess so :P i do however really enjoy "decora~" more than gothloli ( View formatted comment » )

yeah... i follow alot of jpop and leah dizon is currently a hot upcomming pop star in japan... she featured in alot of music variety shows such as music station... i dont think that, her not being japanese is much of a "throw off" nowadays because japanese has embraced alot of stars that isnt of japanese origins, such as BoA (Korean) Crystal Kay (Korean/African American) etc... they seem to love anything that is very exotic and not the norm... she doesnt have a great voice as stars such as olivia lufkin and my fav... currently i am an avid fan of pumpscissor... i also loved war theme animes such as Last EXILE (my favorite)... i know they released an alice figure in an yellow dress... but it didnt do her character an justice.. gsc version of alice "the slasher" is fantastic.. looking forward to this figures release!
