Same here. In order to acquire and possess a firearm or firearm component, the applicant must have a justifiable purpose for its use. The applicant must also fulfil the application requirements for acquisition permits etc... I would like to get back my late father´s 22 caliber handgun from the local police station and then frame it and put it on the wall.
