i do exactly what melo does. i skip the figurines unless they look extra-cool to the non-collector, and read most of the japan and trooper ones. amazing place you've got here, keep it up...

we use plastic money everyday, almost everywhere, in portugal.
we use debit cards on almost everyshop, restaurant, gas station, some taxis, newspaper stands, tolls at the highways, ...
some time ago we had a card that sounded like the ones you mention, where you charge them with a certain amount. they called it 'electronic walet', but seemed a bit silly, since everyone has the other kind.

spending xMas dinner with 3D family and xMas day working with 3D people (even though some of them look kinda 2D...).
and i have to say the GRD is indeed king of compacts.
i've had the original one since it was launched and the GRD2 for about a week or so.
they're both great cameras...

laptop. and a small one, at that.
my 12'' g4 powerbook is still enough for my daily work/home life, altough sometimes i would like to have one of the new intel powered macbook pros... this is the one that will replace this laptop.
not a big gaming fan, and a true portability friend. laptops will always win, for me, until i get a phone that can do everything... ( View formatted comment » )
