The complexity of the old dashboard was time consuming, and didn't get to the point straight enough. Though it seems simple, it has a sense of elegance that the old dashboard didn't have. You're right though, it could be a bit better. AS for the Wii, steamrolling is far off, as their title line up is still less then impressive. Watch "Welcome to the NHK"; answers this question. In essence, people will berate others in order to make themselves feel better, because said people are fully aware that their lives are miserable. So they try to compensate and tell themselves it's alright because the "believe" someone else is worse off then them (though it's not often the case). Uwe Boll is awesome because he's SO BAD!
