Hello AndyH, most people haves a few adult product in their lifetime. Most are 3D; however, some prefers 2D. It is only that traditionally this is something that was not allowed to be presented on the surface. As long as the contents do not encourage illegal activities (underage, gore, kidnap... rape) it should be quite natural. Seirei no Moribito is really good, the anime production quality is high. Not only in terms of graphics, but also the plot. I watched until episode 8 now and totally liked that episode, the story is well crafted so that insignificant things at first will fit in later.
