I play airsoft and paintball games, not professionally though. Paintball hits (when not on the protective gears) give me bruises that last for more than a week. Though airsoft hits don't give leave bruises, they either sink a bit on the skin, or take out the first few layers when hit with a high powered gun at close range. Airsoft is recommended for a closer feel of how combat is. Remember to rehydrate every now and then when playing :D ( View formatted comment » )

Nice Shanghai pics, Danny! We have the "drunken" shrimp dish here in the Philippines.. literal translation is "nilasing na hipon" (I think this is made differently), we also have the jumping salad, this is live shrimp in lime juice.. Girl in train is Charlene Choi of the Twins Thanks for the man-pic, Danny! Wonder what his name is :x :) ( View formatted comment » )

I haven't seen any of the Macross series. I will start from the first ones and will do the same with Gundam series. This one looks promising :) ( View formatted comment » )

Even though some part of our trains could engulf the remaining stench of sun-basked sweaty construction workers, our guards won't allow anyone reeking of alcohol. This sooo reminds me of the train scene in Densha Otoko. LOVE! ( View formatted comment » )

Staple food in the Philippines is rice too! But sometimes deprived people or those who like exotic delicacies eat fried or roasted RODENTS instead. An acquired taste, I presume. ( View formatted comment » )
