Like, friedchowfun(mm....yummy) above me, I disagree. You would've understand if you try watching PaniPoniDash. At least 75% of the jokes are in scrolling texts which would be impossible to be kept simple(unless they totally edit/replace them with tranlated text instead of using subs).
