Well said and very true about Japanese women! Forrest Gump's mother may have said, "life is like a box of chocolates..." I say, "Life is like a Nike commercial... Just do it." ( View formatted comment » )

Shame Shame on all of you! You call yourselves members of dannychoo.com and don't know of the past. ^o^ Seriously, go read this post on Tokyo Tower to learn a little more about Danny and his wife. http://www.dannychoo.com/adp/eng/709/Tokyo+Tower.html Way to go Danny! Always take life by the horns! I've jumped in before with both feet. Once on a whim I gave a girl flowers who I had meet only a few hours before. She laughed at me too when I gave her the flowers. T_T Hey, always pick yourself up and get back on the bike. ... ( View formatted comment » )

Now now guys... I'm not try to be a wet blanket. I know we all mean no harm but we shouldn't be making insinuations like this about anyone here at dannychoo.com Danny is a happily married man. We don't want outsiders to get the wrong impression of Danny. ( View formatted comment » )

Speaking in front of large groups of people is not something I don't do well. Standing on a stage at a conference, where Nobel laureates have spoken doesn't help. I would be feeling very nervous. Danny you know your subject and how to communicate it to others. You are doing that everyday to the internet where your audience is even larger. Yes, I know you don't see us eye to eye. Try to think of us as an audience you have stood before. It might help alleviate the tension you are feeling about the size of the audience. ... ( View formatted comment » )

I will need to dig around in my archive and see if I have something with higher bit depth. Sumeru-san does a lot of commercial work and quit posting many things in hi-res. We have those who take and use without permission to thank. ( View formatted comment » )

This will teach me to look at photos first and words last. 萌えるゴミ^o^ isn't Japanese a fun language? I think I prefer the open office layout Danny. I think people work more closely in this type of layout. I know it's not hard fast rule, but I feel people are m... ( View formatted comment » )

Maki-chan is such a cutie! I guess there was a special for Hanazakari no Kimitachi e, but I have never been able to find any trace. She does show up in Atsu-hime which is still running on TV. Her last special was Tokyo Daikushu. ( View formatted comment » )

I hate giving it much thought, but I have a feeling people are building less and waiting for PVC. It really is a shame too. So many outstanding figures only come in kit versions. Maybe it's me but I always enjoyed building my own. It takes a while to learn the skills. I bought a lot of cheap, multicast runs of figures to improve my skills, but it has always been fun. Of course there is the satisfaction of having done all the work myself. Hopefully it will still be around when get a chance to start building again. See a few h... ( View formatted comment » )

Thanks FatB, this is what I have been saying in the past. We are luck to have an exceptional group of people here at DC.com. We most definitely don't need a totalitarian approach in any way. All that will do is make people uncomfortable and scare new people away. I think what is important to keep in mind is what Danny is telling us. Allowing all of us to nuke people is a sign of trust. He knows we will not run amuck and nuke people we might not like. I'm sure he knows we will continue to do what we have always done. We will ... ( View formatted comment » )
