That is a common scam in Mexico, it has been done for years and the bastard scammers have a lot of dirty techniques; sometimes they say that your relative/friend is in the airport and was caught with bunch of money that was not declared. That sucks, and they tried to scam me once, luckly they failed xD ( View formatted comment » )

That's a cool model, I like it. I still have my iPod Video 5G but I'd like to change it for an iTouch, if it wasn't for the capacity, I'd choose a nano instead ( View formatted comment » )

If I see that a woman is being beaten by a man I do not intervene because here the people like to use guns so I better stay away, that sounds horribly, I know but inMexico the violence is in another level. I've read that if you intervene in this kind of events (in Japan), the gaijin is the main suspect just for not being Japanese, so I think that calling the police would be the best. Good job Danny, it's amazing what you've done. About dropping the support for IE6, it's a brave move, but I strongly support it, IE gives me headaches more than any other software in the world so it's good to see persons like you taking actions against that crap! Good luck ( View formatted comment » )

Oh, and I forgot to tell you that I'm having troubles when logging in. Once I've filled the username and password fields and press Enter, the site reloads and it doesn't take me to my panel, instead I have to clic the button to continue; it's not a big deal but sometimes I think that I've forgot my login info until I remember that pressing enter key is not working. I'm using Safari 3 and Firefox 3 on Mac OS X Leopard and it's the same thing on both browsers ( View formatted comment » )

I love the mockup you've done, it's awesome and it looks very clean :) it will be a good change. As a registered user I'd like to have the possibility to choose the sections on the home page, for example, I like a lot your posts about living in Japan so it'd be wonderful to see my favourite category on the home page. THANK YOU Danny! You're a great motivator, really, I don't know how you do it but in fact I feel much better after reading this post. My dream is living and working in Japan, just like you're doing, and there's some times when I feel the world's against me or just feel that I never going to make my dream come true but when I feel a little down, I come to your blog and all the photos and posts makes me stand up again and work hard to get my goals done. I think you're a nice person who help others a... ( View formatted comment » )
