phohibited -??? meaning to not produce or be enable to produce light or photons or interact with or reflect or scatter photons - phohibted - the act of being invisible or hidden due to lack of interaction with optical or other electromagnetically radiated,transmitted, reflected or scattered photns or photonic emissions....i.e. perfect blackbody mass or object....

So one is not allowed to produce photons, reflect photons or scatter photons while committing or performing these actions or diversions??? One would definitely wish to be invisible or optically camouflaged while committing, engaging in or performing public actions of near masturbation or other mechanical self-stimulation or self-manipulations. Not quite sure where or how firworks or other dangerous actions might quite fit into the scheme except as some sort of eroticism enhancing or accentuating options or variations... funny how one badly misspelled word can spawn such useless chatter or bantering or incite some prolonged discussion of trivialities... still though in correct context and assuming we knew that word was to be and obviously is prohibited - why is seemingly harmless act of ballplaying prohibited? Obviously the fireworks open avenue or opportunity to pyromaniac tendencies and dangerous activities is pretty self-explanatory but where does ballplaying or playing with a ball or balls directly or absolutely imply danger or a dangerous act except maybe due to its diversion or captivation of attention? Of course in methods of perversive connotations of playing with your balls etc. the danger could be in your surrounding fellows or observers in many forms or manner of end consequence or results......;)
